Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, and Kiwi with a sprinkle of sliced almonds in a bowl of overnight oats made my morning today.
Running out the door after putting this together in the morning, I went from skipping breakfast on the daily (unless I got up early and had extra time to spare which is rare) to I can’t leave until I made my breakfast! I love color and I’ve come to love preparing my foods as much as I love to eat it.
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup raw blueberries
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 1. Mix all ingredients.
- 2. Refrigerate overnight.
- 3. Stir in the morning and top with your favorite fruits. Voilà, breakfast is ready!
