Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, and Kiwi with a sprinkle of sliced almonds in a bowl of overnight oats made my morning today.

Running out the door after putting this together in the morning, I went from skipping breakfast on the daily (unless I got up early and had extra time to spare which is rare) to I can’t leave until I made my breakfast! I love color and I’ve come to love preparing my foods as much as I love to eat it.

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 cup rolled oats
  2. 1/2 cup cashew milk
  3. 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  4. 1/4 cup raw blueberries
  5. 1/2 banana sliced
  6. 2 strawberries sliced
Instructions
  1. 1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. 2. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3. Stir in the morning and top with your favorite fruits. Voilà, breakfast is ready!
